It has a vast array of exercises that prevent the typical workout boredom. The instruction in the video is clear and concise. The instructor gets straight to the point with no fluff. He is just as effective in motivating you as he is in instruction. There is no need for additional equipment so the only investment is the price of the video. This is a nice change from workouts that try to add on sales in supplemental equipment.
